§ 1-3-27 Judicial review. – Any person or persons jointly or severally aggrieved by any decision of theboard of appeals, or any taxpayer, or any officer, department, board, or bureauof the political subdivision, or the airports division, may appeal to thesuperior court in the manner prescribed by § 45-24-20 and the provisionsof that section shall in all respects be applicable to the appeal.
