§ 1-3-24 Decisions by board of appeals.– The board may, in conformity with the provisions of this chapter, reverse oraffirm, wholly or partly, or modify, the order, requirement, decision, ordetermination appealed from and may make any order, requirement, decision, ordetermination as ought to be made, and to that end shall have all the powers ofthe administrative agency from which the appeal is taken.
