§ 1-3-23 Hearing of appeals. – The board shall fix a reasonable time for the hearing of the appeal, givepublic notice and due notice to the parties in interest, and decide the appealwithin a reasonable time. Upon the hearing, any party may appear in person, byagent, or by attorney.
