§ 1-2-9 Reconveyance or sale of surpluslands. – The director of transportation, when he or she deems any land or interests inland acquired or taken under the provisions of this chapter, to be no longerrequired for the purposes of this chapter, may dispose of those lands orinterests in lands in the manner prescribed by § 37-7-3.
