2303 - Reporting of breaches of ethical standards.
§ 2303. Reporting of breaches of ethical standards. When any person has reason to believe that any breach of standards set forth in this chapter has occurred, that person shall report all relevant facts to the State Ethics Commission and to the Attorney General for any appropriate action.
