1312 - Amendment.

     § 1312.  Amendment.        (a)  General rule.--The registration under this chapter of     the insignia of an organization may be amended by the     organization by filing in the department an application for     amendment of insignia registration, which shall set forth:            (1)  The name of the organization and its address,        including street and number, if any.            (2)  An identification of the last preceding filing in        the department with respect to the insignia.            (3)  The amendment, which shall revise any information        set forth in preceding filings which has become inaccurate        and shall restate in full all such information as so revised.            (4)  Such other information necessary to the        administration of this chapter as the department may specify        by regulation.        (b)  Restrictions.--The department shall not file any     application for amendment of insignia registration in     circumstances where an original registration of such insignia     could not be filed under this chapter.
