§ 5709. Transfer of money from fund. All money in the First Class City Taxicab Regulatory Fund is appropriated to the Taxicab Account under section 5708(a)(1) (relating to fund) upon the effective date of this section. Obligations of the First Class City Taxicab Regulatory Fund shall be charged to the Taxicab Account. Revenue due to the First Class City Taxicab Regulatory Fund shall be transferred and deposited to the Taxicab Account. (July 16, 2004, P.L.758, No.94, eff. imd.) 2004 Amendment.
