3131 - Applicability of subchapter.

                               SUBCHAPTER D                   FILLING VACANCIES IN ELECTED OFFICE     Sec.     3131.  Applicability of subchapter.     3132.  Manner of filling vacancies in office.     § 3131.  Applicability of subchapter.        This subchapter shall apply to the filling of vacancies in     elected office in all optional plans and options except those     set forth in Subchapter F of Chapter 30 (relating to optional     county plan).
