                               SUBCHAPTER C                        CHILD CUSTODY JURISDICTION                                (Repealed)        1990 Repeal.  Subchapter C (§§ 5341 - 5366) was added October     5, 1980, P.L.693, No.142, and repealed December 19, 1990,     P.L.1240, No.206, effective in 90 days. The subject matter is     now contained in Subchapter C of Chapter 53 of Title 23     (Domestic Relations).
