                               SUBCHAPTER D                                RETIREMENT     Sec.     3351.  Automatic retirement on age.     3352.  Pension rights.     § 3351.  Automatic retirement on age.        Judges and magisterial district judges shall be retired upon     attaining the age of 70 years.
