§ 6209. Construction of chapter. (a) Liberal construction.--This chapter shall be liberally construed so as best to effectuate the goals and purposes of this chapter. (b) Pari materia.--This chapter shall be construed in pari materia with the Solid Waste Management Act and 75 Pa.C.S. (relating to vehicles).
