     § 4363.  Trustee to distribute proceeds of sale.        (a)  Appointment of trustee.--The court shall, at the time of     the hearing or thereafter, appoint a trustee who shall receive     from the sheriff the proceeds of the sale of the property after     the costs have been paid.        (b)  Disposition of proceeds.--The trustee shall, out of the     proceeds, pay to the plaintiff spouse the sum of money the court     decreed as plaintiff's share in the property sold and also the     sums of money, and interest thereon from the time the respective     items making them up became due and payable, which are due and     payable under the order of support. The trustee shall also pay     to the plaintiff spouse any additional sums the plaintiff may be     entitled to under any order of court for the support of     plaintiff or the children of defendant.
