Carrying explosives on conveyances.        (a)  Offense defined.--A person is guilty of a misdemeanor of     the second degree if he enters into or upon any railroad train,     locomotive, tender or car thereof, or into or upon any     automobile or other conveyance used for the carrying of freight     or passengers, having in his custody or about his person any     nitroglycerine or other explosive, other than as freight     regularly shipped as such.        (b)  Powers of crew.--The conductor or person having charge     and control of any railroad train, coach, or other conveyance     for the carriage of freight or passengers, may arrest any person     found violating the provisions of this section and detain such     person until reaching some place, where such person may be     delivered to a constable or other police authority.        (c)  Venue.--It shall be lawful to prosecute such offenders     in any county through which said public conveyance passes,     without reference to the place where such offenders were     arrested.
