4126 - Amended certificate of authority.

     § 4126.  Amended certificate of authority.        (a)  General rule.--After receiving a certificate of     authority, a qualified foreign business corporation may, subject     to the provisions of this subchapter, change or correct any of     the information set forth in its application for a certificate     of authority or previous filings under this section by filing in     the Department of State an application for an amended     certificate of authority. The application shall be executed by     the corporation and shall state:            (1)  The name under which the applicant corporation        currently holds a certificate of authority to do business in        this Commonwealth.            (2)  Subject to section 109 (relating to name of        commercial registered office provider in lieu of registered        address), the address, including street and number, if any,        of its registered office in this Commonwealth.            (3)  The information to be changed or corrected.            (4)  If the application reflects a change in the name of        the corporation, the application shall include a statement        that either:                (i)  the change of name reflects a change effected in            the jurisdiction of incorporation; or                (ii)  documents complying with section 4123(b)            (relating to exceptions) accompany the application.            (5)  (Deleted by amendment).        (b)  Issuance of amended certificate of authority.--Upon the     filing of the application, the applicant corporation shall be     deemed to hold an amended certificate of authority.
