5101.528 Appeal where children's health assistance not provided.
If the children’s health insurance program part III is not provided under the medicaid program established under Chapter 5111. of the Revised Code, the director of job and family services shall establish an appeal process for individuals aggrieved by a decision made regarding eligibility for the children’s health insurance program part III. The process may be identical to, similar to, or different from the appeal process established by section 5101.35 of the Revised Code.
