4905.12 [Effective Until 9/13/2010] Forfeiture.
A railroad company or telegraph company which violates section 4905.10, 4907.13, or 4907.15 of the Revised Code shall forfeit to the state one thousand dollars, and twenty-five dollars for each day such company fails to comply with a requirement of such sections. Such forfeiture does not release such company from the assessment provided in section 4905.10 of the Revised Code.
