4507.1612 Reinstatement fee before restoration of license.
The registrar shall not restore any operating privileges or reissue a probationary driver’s license, restricted license, driver’s license, or probationary commercial driver’s license suspended under section 2923.122 of the Revised Code until the person whose license was suspended pays a reinstatement fee of thirty dollars to the bureau of motor vehicles.
The bureau of motor vehicles shall pay all fees collected under this section into the state treasury to the credit of the state bureau of motor vehicles fund created by section 4501.25 of the Revised Code.
