109.561 [Effective Until 9/17/2010] Preservation of biological evidence task force.
There is hereby established within the bureau of criminal identification and investigation a preservation of biological evidence task force. The task force shall consist of officers and employees of the bureau; a representative from the Ohio prosecutors association; a representative from the Ohio state coroners association; a representative from the Ohio association of chiefs of police; a representative from the Ohio public defenders office, in consultation with the Ohio innocence project; and a representative from the buckeye state sheriffs association. The task force shall perform the duties and functions specified in division (C) of section 2933.82 of the Revised Code.
