<![CDATA[CHAPTER 27-04OTHER OFFICIALS OF SUPREME COURT27-04-01. Supreme court reporter - Appointment, qualifications, term, titles. Thejudges of the supreme court shall appoint a person who is experienced and learned in the law<br>and of known integrity to act as supreme court reporter, state law librarian, and legislative<br>reference librarian.Such person shall hold office during the pleasure of such judges andgenerally must be known as the supreme court reporter.27-04-02.
