§ 96‑7. Representationin court.
(a) In any civil actionto enforce the provisions of this Chapter, the Commission and the State may berepresented by any qualified attorney who is designated by it for this purpose.
(b) All criminalactions for violation of any provision of this Chapter, or of any rules orregulations issued pursuant thereto, shall be prosecuted as now provided by lawby the district attorney or by the prosecuting attorney of any county or cityin which the violation occurs.
