§95‑47.30.  Administration of this Article.

This Article shall be enforcedunder the general supervision of the Commissioner, who shall have the samepowers and duties in the enforcement of this Article as in the enforcement ofArticle 5A of this Chapter. (1979, c. 780, s. 2.)
