§ 95-142. Legal representation of the Department of Labor.

§95‑142.  Legal representation of the Department of Labor.

It shall be the duty of theAttorney General to represent the Department of Labor or designate some memberof his staff to represent them in all actions or proceedings in connection withthis Article. (1973, c. 295, s. 17.)
