§ 95‑101. Definition.
As used in this Article, theterm "labor organization" means any organization of any kind, or anyagency or employee representation committee or plan, in which employee oremployees participate and which exists for the purpose in whole or in part, ofdealing with employers concerning grievances, labor disputes, wages, rates ofpay, hours of employment, or conditions of work.
