§ 90‑85.34. Uniquepharmacy practice.
Consistent with the provisions of this Article, the Board may regulateunique pharmacy practices including, but not limited to, nuclear pharmacy andclinical pharmacy, to ensure the best interests of patient health and safety. (1981 (Reg. Sess., 1982), c. 1188, s. 1.)
