§ 90‑654. Temporary license.
Upon application and payment of the required fees, the Board may granta temporary license to a person who, at the time of application, submitsnotarized copies of the items required in G.S. 90‑653(a)(3) through(a)(5) while awaiting official copies of the items from the issuing agency. Thetemporary license shall be valid for a period not to exceed 90 days from thedate of application. (2000‑162, s. 1;2003‑384, s. 4.)
