§ 90‑538. Penalties.
A person who does not have a license issued under this Article whoeither claims to be an athletic trainer or engages in practice as an athletictrainer in violation of this Article is guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor. Eachact of unlawful practice constitutes a distinct and separate offense. (1997‑387, s. 1.)
