§ 90‑299. Licenseeto notify Board of place of practice.
(a) A person who holds a license shall notify the Board inwriting of the address of the place or places where he engages or intends toengage in the practice of speech and language pathology or audiology.
(b) The Board shall keep a record of the places of practice oflicensees.
(c) Any notice required to be given by the Board to a licenseemay be given by mailing it to him at the address of the last place of practiceof which he has notified the Board. (1975, c. 773, s. 1.)
