§ 90‑270.56. Reciprocallicenses.
The Board may issue a licenseas a marriage and family therapist or a marriage and family therapy associateby reciprocity to any person who applies for the license as prescribed by theBoard and who at all times during the application process:
(1) Has been licensedfor five continuous years and is currently licensed as a marriage and familytherapist or marriage and family therapy associate in another state.
(2) Has an unrestrictedlicense in good standing in the other state.
(3) Has no unresolvedcomplaints in any jurisdiction.
