§ 90‑270.36. Grounds for disciplinary action.
Grounds for disciplinary action shall include but not be limited to thefollowing:
(1) The employment of fraud, deceit or misrepresentation inobtaining or attempting to obtain a license, or the renewal thereof;
(2) The use of drugs or intoxicating liquors to an extent whichaffects professional competency;
(3) Conviction of an offense under any municipal, State, orfederal narcotic or controlled substance law, until proof of rehabilitation canbe established;
(4) Conviction of a felony or other public offense involvingmoral turpitude, until proof of rehabilitation can be established;
(5) An adjudication of insanity or incompetency, until proof ofrecovery from the condition can be established;
(6) Engaging in any act or practice violative of any of theprovisions of this Article or of any of the rules and regulations adopted bythe Board, or aiding, abetting or assisting any other person in the violationof the same;
(7) The commission of an act or acts of malpractice, grossnegligence or incompetence in the practice of physical therapy;
(8) Practice as a licensed physical therapist or physicaltherapist assistant without a valid certificate of renewal;
