§ 90‑270.21. Ancillary services.
A psychologist licensed under this Article may employ or superviseunlicensed individuals who assist in the provision of psychological services toclients, patients, and their families. The Board may adopt rules specifyingthe titles used by such individuals, the numbers employed or supervised by anyparticular psychologist, the activities in which they may engage, the natureand extent of supervision which must be provided, the qualifications of suchindividuals, and the nature of the responsibility assumed by the employing orsupervising psychologist.
