§ 90‑127.2. Filling prescriptions.

Legally licensed druggists of this State may fill prescriptions ofoptometrists duly licensed by the North Carolina State Board of Examiners inOptometry to prescribe, apply or use pharmaceutical agents. (1977, c. 482, s. 5.)
