§ 90‑113.10. Inhalingfumes for purpose of causing intoxication.
It is unlawful for any personto knowingly breathe or inhale any compound, liquid, or chemical containingtoluol, hexane, trichloroethane, isopropanol, methyl isobutyl ketone, methylcellosolve acetate, cyclohexanone, ethyl alcohol, or any other substance forthe purpose of inducing a condition of intoxication. This section does notapply to any person using as an inhalant any chemical substance pursuant to thedirection of a licensed medical provider authorized by law to prescribe theinhalant or chemical substance possessed.
