§ 90‑105. Orderforms.
Controlled substances included in Schedules I and II of this Articleshall be distributed only by a registrant or practitioner, pursuant to an orderform. Compliance with the provisions of the Federal Controlled Substances Actor its successor respecting order forms shall be deemed compliance with thissection. (1971, c. 919, s.1.)
