§8‑22.1. Local: tax deeds in Richmond.
Proof of execution anddelivery of a deed recorded before 1971 to a grantee by the sheriff of RichmondCounty pursuant to sale under execution in a tax foreclosure proceeding broughtby Richmond County under G.S. 105‑375 establishes a presumption that allnotices required by G.S. 105‑375 and Article 29B of Chapter 1 of theGeneral Statutes were duly given and served, as required by law, to all personsentitled to receive the notices.
