§ 7B‑3701. Bondrequired.
The Social Services Commissionmay, in its discretion, require of a person, agency, association, institution,or corporation which brings or sends a child into the State with the writtenconsent of the Department of Health and Human Services, as provided by G.S. 7B‑3700,a continuing bond in a penal sum not in excess of one thousand dollars ($1,000)with such conditions as may be prescribed and such sureties as may be approvedby the Department of Health and Human Services. Said bond shall be made infavor of and filed with the Department of Health and Human Services with thepremium prepaid by the said person, agency, association, institution, orcorporation desiring to place such child in the State.
