§ 7A‑413. Powers ofConference.
(a)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â The Conference may:
(1)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Cooperate withcitizens and other public and private agencies to promote the effectiveadministration of criminal justice.
(2)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Assist prosecutorsin the effective prosecution and trial of criminal offenses, and develop anadvisory trial manual.
(3)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Develop advisorymanuals to assist prosecutors in the organization and administration of theiroffices, case management, calendaring, case tracking, filing, and officeprocedures.
(4)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Cooperate with theAdministrative Office of the Courts and the School of Government at theUniversity of North Carolina at Chapel Hill concerning education and trainingprograms for prosecutors and staff.
(b)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â The Conference maynot adopt rules pursuant to Chapter 150B of the General Statutes. (1983, c. 761, s. 152; 1987,c. 827, s. 1; 2006‑264, s. 29(b).)
