§ 7A‑226. Priorityof judgment when appeal taken.
When appeal is taken from a judgment in a small claim action, the lienacquired by docketing merges into any judgment rendered after trial de novo onappeal, continues as a lien from the first docketing, and has priority over anyjudgment docketed subsequent to the first docketing.
