§74E‑10. Expiration, renewal, and termination of agency certification orofficer commission.
(a) Agency. Unlesssooner suspended or revoked by the Attorney General, a company police agency'scertification expires on June 30 following the date it is issued. A companypolice agency may renew the certification upon payment of the appropriate feeand compliance with this Chapter and the rules adopted under this Chapter. Anentity whose company police agency's certification was denied or revoked for aviolation of this Chapter or a rule adopted under this Chapter is not eligibleto apply again for that certification for three years.
(b) Officer. Unlesssooner suspended or revoked by the Attorney General, a company police officer'scommission expires on June 30 following the date it is issued. A company policeofficer may renew a commission upon payment of the appropriate fee andcompliance with this Chapter and the rules adopted under this Chapter. TheAttorney General shall immediately revoke the commission of a company policeofficer when any of the following occurs:
(1) Termination ofemployment with the company police agency for which the officer iscommissioned.
(2) Termination,suspension, or revocation of the certification of the company police agency forwhich the officer is commissioned.
(3) Failure to meet in‑servicetraining requirements as required by this Chapter or the rules adopted underthis Chapter.
(4) Violation of thisChapter or a rule adopted under this Chapter.
An individual whose companypolice officer's commission was denied or revoked for a violation of thisChapter or a rule adopted under this Chapter is not eligible to apply again fora commission for three years.
