§ 62‑66. Depositions.
The Commission or any party to a proceeding may take and usedepositions of witnesses in the same manner as provided by law for the takingand use of depositions in civil actions in the superior court. (1949, c. 989, s. 1; 1963, c. 1165, s. 1.)
