§ 62‑64. Bonds.
All bonds or undertakings required to be given by any of the provisionsof this Chapter shall be payable to the State of North Carolina, and may besued on as are other undertakings which are payable to the State. (1949, c. 989, s. 1; 1963, c. 1165, s. 1.)
