§ 62‑47. Reportsfrom municipalities operating own utilities.
Every municipality furnishing gas, electricity or telephone serviceshall make an annual report to the Commission, verified by the oath of thegeneral manager or superintendent thereof, on the same forms as provided forreports of public utilities, giving the same information as required of publicutilities.
