§ 62‑180. Use of railroads and public highways.
Any person operating electric power, telegraph or telephone lines orauthorized by law to establish such lines, has the right to construct, maintainand operate such lines along any railroad or public highway, but such linesshall be so constructed and maintained as not to obstruct or hinderunreasonably the usual travel on such railroad or highway.
