§ 58‑89A‑140. Required information.
Each licensee shall:
(1) Maintain adequatebooks and records regarding the licensee's duties and responsibilities,including accounting and employment records relating to all PEO agreementactivities, for a minimum of three years.
(2) Maintain and makeavailable at all times to the Commissioner the following information, whichshall be treated as proprietary and confidential and which is exempt fromdisclosure to persons other than other governmental agencies that have areasonable, legitimate purpose for obtaining the information:
a. The correct name,address, and telephone number of each client company.
b. Each client companycontract or PEO agreement.
c. A listing of eachclient company by classification code as described in the "StandardIndustrial Classification Manual" published by the United States Office ofManagement and Budget. (2004‑162, s. 1.)
