§ 58‑7‑73. Dissolutions of insurers.
Upon reaching a determinationof intent to dissolve and before filing articles of dissolution with the Officeof the Secretary of State, a domestic insurer organized under this Chaptershall file a plan of dissolution for approval by the Commissioner. At such timethe Commissioner may restrict the license of the insurer. In order to proceedwith a dissolution, the plan must be approved by the Commissioner. (2002‑187, s. 2.4.)
