§58‑40‑70. Insurers authorized to act in concert; admitted insurerswith common ownership or management; matters relating to co‑surety bonds.
With respect to any matterspertaining to the making of rates or rating systems, the preparation or makingof insurance policy or bond forms, underwriting rules, surveys, inspections andinvestigations, the furnishing of loss or expense statistics or otherinformation and data, or carrying on of research, two or more admitted insurershaving a common ownership or operating in this State under common management orcontrol, are hereby authorized to act in concert between or among themselvesthe same as if they constituted a single insurer. To the extent that suchmatters relate to co‑surety bonds, two or more admitted insurersexecuting co‑surety bonds are authorized to act in concert between oramong themselves the same as if they constituted a single insurer.
