§58‑16‑50. Action to enforce compliance with this Chapter.
Compliance with the provisionsof Articles 1 through 64 of this Chapter as to deposits, obligations, andprohibitions, and the payment of taxes, fines, fees, and penalties by foreignor alien insurance companies, may be enforced in the ordinary course of legalprocedure by action brought in the Superior Court of Wake County by theAttorney General in the name of the State upon the relation of the Commissionerof Insurance.
