§ 58‑16‑1. Admitted to do business.
Foreign or alien insurancecompanies, upon complying with the conditions of Articles 1 through 64 of thisChapter applicable to them, may be admitted to transact in this State any classof insurance authorized by the laws in force relative to the duties,obligations, prohibitions, and penalties of insurance companies, and subject toall laws applicable to the transaction of such business by foreign or alieninsurance companies and their agents.
