§ 54C‑128. Rulemakingpower of Commissioner of Banks.
Any rule that the Commissionerof Banks may adopt in respect to loans permitted to be made by State savingsbanks as may be reasonably necessary to assure that the loans are in keepingwith sound lending practices and to promote the purposes of this Chapter shallnot prohibit a savings bank from making any loan that is a permitted loan forfederal savings banks under federal regulatory authority.
