§ 54B‑155. Rule‑makingpower of Commissioner of Banks.
The Commissioner of Banksshall, from time to time, promulgate such rules and regulations in respect toloans permitted to be made by State associations as may be reasonably necessaryto assure that such loans are in keeping with sound lending practices and topromote the purposes of this Chapter; provided, that such rules and regulationsshall not prohibit an association from making any loan which is a permittedloan for federal associations under federal regulatory authority.
