§ 53‑329. Internationalagreements.
If any provision of thisArticle concerning foreign trust institutions, or the application of thatprovision, is found by any competent adjudicatory body to violate anyinternational agreement to which the United States is a party, the provisionshall be deemed modified only to the extent and only in the particularcircumstances necessary to make the provision as modified comply with theinternational agreement, and the remaining provisions of this Article shall notbe affected and shall continue to apply to foreign trust institutions.
